At Galioo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 90 days of receipt of your order.
- Items must be new and unused, with all original tags and packaging.
- Bespoke and personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a fault caused by us.
- Items that have been used, worn, altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

Please include the return authorization number and a note indicating the reason for the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
